Arizona Educational Foundation needed stronger relationship workflows and a path from its CRM into analytics. We delivered Salesforce configuration, the Bloomerang migration, a Microsoft Fabric connection, and staff support. The broader reporting implementation continues.

What was at stake

The engagement needed to account for relationship management, legacy donor information, and the next stage of reporting together, while making the new workflows usable by staff.

What we delivered

We configured Salesforce around those workflows, completed the Bloomerang migration, connected Salesforce to Microsoft Fabric, and supported staff with training and documentation. A separate education-data foundation brings together public state and federal sources.

What changed

AEF has a configured CRM, migrated records, and a connection into its analytics environment. These delivered milestones support the next stage of reporting; the broader implementation is ongoing.

Why the combination matters

CRM configuration and data migration established the operating foundation. The Microsoft Fabric connection created a path into the analytics environment. Training and documentation accompanied those technical milestones.
